Lifeline is continually working every day to encourage the children in our program as well as many 1000's of refugees from Port au Prince. It's an overwhelming situation. We are trusting the Lord for wisdom, strength, and supplies. The Lifeline staff is doing everything possible to feed the people, care for their wounds, give them shelter, water, and encouragement.
Thank you for helping us make life saving differences!
Because of the major earthquake and then the many aftershocks including some today it has caused an immeasurable amount of damage to many 1000's of homes. Donald Curtis, our president's mom and dad, are in Haiti and endured all the earthquakes as well as the aftershocks. They are safe as well as the people in the villages. We are truly thankful for that. The airport tower has collapsed so there is no flights into the country except for humanitarian aid. The entire country is in a state of complete devastation. We are working as are many others to help clean the rubbage as well as rebuild the houses that have been destroyed. This is
the poorest country in the western hemisphere so most of the things that the people lost were all that they had in this world. there is no where to turn except to foreign aid and missions like ours.
Right now we need all the prayers we can get and any financial assistance to help supply much needed food and water and medical supplies, as well as to help clean up the rubble and help to rebuild entire villages. Thank you for your concern.
